Shipping Methods

 Toke House is open to all purchases within the USA at any time on a first-come, first-serve basis. We aim to have all orders processed within 1-2 business days after a confirmed purchase. All orders of $25.00 or less will have a $5.00 freight charge. All order greater than $25.00 qualifies for Free shipping for all USA Domestic Orders. We do not ship internationally as of this time.

Delivery times are not guaranteed and we are not responsible for any delays in shipment after your purchase(s) has left our warehouse. All packages are shipped in plain brown boxes or in USPS Priority Mail boxes and will arrive with “R&M Enterprises, Inc.” on the packaging – NOT Toke House. A tracking ID for your order can be found in the e-mail you purchased under to keep tabs on where your package is and an estimated arrival date.


Signature Required

All packages containing any smoking accessories will be delivered requiring an adult signature. An sdult is at least 21 years of age. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges plus signature fee and a 25% retocking fee for any packages returned due to no signature.

Wrong or Incorrect Addresses


Toke House will not be held accountable if the correct address is not entered during your checkout. If a package is returned to us, you are responsible for paying the shipping fees for the product to be shipped to the proper address.


Please double check all addresses submitted before completing your order. Shipping labels are printed directly from the information you provide, therefore typos and errors will require you to pay for shipping.


Package Not Delivered?


Toke House is not responsible for packages once a delivery is confirmed to the address provided. If the tracking information says that the package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact your local post office to locate the delivery. We will not be held accountable for lost or damaged packaging after delivery.
